However, we would recommend that you always rely on the guideline withdrawal times to avoid disappointment.
Approval
Our side of the withdrawal is completed within 24 hours. Once the approval is completed on our side, you will receive an automated e-mail to let you know. If you haven’t received the email in 24 hours, please let us know! Following these 24 hours the transactions are in the hands of your bank or service provider.
Card withdrawals can take up to 3 WORKING DAYS after the 24-hour approval on our side.
This is an older method of withdrawing funds to your bank and is by far the slowest method. Take note, BACS takes up to 10 WORKING DAYS once approved on our side
